My Story
Hi, I'm the founder of Mosaic Counsel and a licensed attorney in Colorado. Before starting this firm, I wore many hats: startup operator, international law clerk, venture law student, and, above all, an entrepreneur at heart.

I grew up in Monument, CO, helping my Dad with his business for as long as I can remember. I earned my B.A. in Political Science with a concentration in American Politics and a minor in Business Innovation from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2019. After college, I spent time abroad working for an immigration law firm in Tel Aviv before launching and scaling several online e-commerce businesses to a successful exit.

Running those ventures taught me firsthand how complex and frustrating the legal side of entrepreneurship can be. I realized I didn't just want to build businesses; I wanted to help others build them by offering legal clarity, strategy, and tools that make sense to founders. I understand the "succeed at all costs" mindset, but I also recognize the importance of achieving legal clarity.

That led me to pursue my J.D. at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where I focused entirely on venture law. I served as President of the Jewish Law Students Association and the Venture Law Society, and I was a Managing Partner at Pioneer Venture Group. I also clerked at several top-tier law firms in Denver, with a focus on startups and capital raising.

After law school, I joined a boutique firm as Of Counsel, helping entrepreneurs raise capital for real estate and private offerings. But I knew I had one more business to build. That’s how Mosaic Counsel was born.

Now, I help startups and founders put the legal pieces together, from formation to fundraising and everything in between, with flat fees, real talk, and a founder-first mindset.
